Upon experiencing the opening number, I hopped up and began walking towards the stage. At which point, my mother had to intervene. When asked the question \"What are you doing?\" I pointed at the stage and said, \"I'm going up there.\"  I began my career in the arts at 5 years old in local children's theatre.
