Julie Ariella Marcus (born in Dallas, Texas) is an American voice actress, writer, actress and comedian, who is primarily known for the voice of Ruffnut Thorston on the Cartoon Network series DreamWorks Dragons in season one until she was replaced by Andree Vermeulen in the second season. She also provided the voice of Paige Harris in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
