Kazuko Sugiyama (杉山 佳寿子, Sugiyama Kazuko, April 9, 1947) is a Japanese voice actress, narrator, stage actress, and professor at the Osaka University of the Arts (voice actor course in the Department of Broadcasting). She is affiliated with Aoni Production. Her real name is Kazuko Shibukawa (渋川佳寿子, Shibukawa Kazuko). She was born in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. She is most known for her roles in the anime series Heidi, Girl of the Alps (voice of Heidi), Dr. Slump (voice of Akane Kimidori), and Urusei Yatsura (voice of Ten).
