Reginald G. 'Johnnie' Mortimer (2 July 1931 — 2 September 1992) was an English comedy writer of many television's best known and most fondly remembered sitcoms. His 1974 series Man About the House had two spin-offs and was famously remade for American audiences as Three's Company.
