After an education in South Wales, Morris graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University. Fluent in Welsh and English, Morris appeared in the S4C programme Caerdydd, and occasional parts on BBC1 soap Casualty. Morris then built her career in London in various parts for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
