Masaya Takatsuka (高塚 正也, Takatsuka Masaya, born August 15, 1969) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator from Kakogawa, Hyogo Prefecture who is affiliated with Aoni Production. He graduated from the 12th class of Aoni Juku Osaka School. He speaks the Kansai dialect. His hobbies are skiing and snowboarding. He married voice actress Keiko Nemoto on March 4, 2012.
