From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. John Heffron is an American stand-up comic. Born in Detroit, he was raised in South Lyon, Michigan. He graduated from South Lyon High School and Eastern Michigan University. Heffron has appeared on Comedy Central Presents, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and won the second season of Last Comic Standing. He appeared as contestant of the third season of Last Comic Standing ranking third place with Rich Vos overall and runner-up for Season 2.
