Anthony David Harwood was born in Perth, Western Australia. During his time in Perth, Anthony appeared in numerous productions including Eugene in "Grease" and Amos Hart (Mr Cellophane) in "Chicago" at the RegalTheatre. He formed The West Australian SP Theatre Company in 2004; the aim being to provide a platform for talented young actors to perform in Perth's professional venues. Landing a regular role on Irish/Australian co-production "Foreign Exchange" paved the way toward the role of Rick Martino on the television drama "Streetsmartz" (2005).
