From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Suzanne Neve (born 1939) is an English actress best known for her appearances on British television during the 1960s, notably the starring role of Isabel Osmond in the BBC's 1968 adaptation of Henry James's The Portrait of a Lady. Neve first came to public attention as Ethel Brown in a 1962 series based on the William books of Richmal Crompton. She subsequently had leading roles in Smuggler's Bay (1964) and as Fleur de Lys in a 1966 dramatisation of The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
