Avery Konrad (born December 28, 1994, in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian film and television actress. She is best known for her leading role as Sara Myers in the mystery-horror series FROM (since 2022). Konrad began her acting career at a young age and received comprehensive training at the Vancouver Film School.
