Carlos Alberto Squeff Soares (Arroio Grande, June 11, 1925 — Rio de Janeiro, May 6, 2007) was a Brazilian actor. He began his film career in 1952, participating in films such as Carnaval Atlântida, Pão de Açúcar, Ravina, Rua Sem Sol, E Eles Não Voltaram, O Craque, among others. On television, he started at TV Record, participating in the cast of the telenovela O Desconhecido. Later, he was hired by Rede Globo, becoming a heartthrob in numerous telenovelas between 1966 and 1970, a period during which he was married to actress Yona Magalhães.
