Philip Proctor (born July 28, 1940) is an American actor, voice actor and a member of the Firesign Theatre. He has performed voice-over work for video games, films and television series. Of the four members of Firesign Theatre, Proctor has had the greatest amount of mainstream exposure as an actor. A boy soprano, he worked extensively in musical theatre, including numerous juvenile female roles in productions of Gilbert & Sullivan operettas.
