Manuel Manzaneque (Campo de Criptana, Ciudad Real, September 20, 1940 - Madrid, October 8, 2016), was an actor, director and theater producer. He is also a winemaker and father of another, Manuel Manzaneque Suárez. He was the founder in 1967 and director for more than twenty years of the Tirso de Molina theater company. In 1979 he created the Teatro Espronceda in Madrid, being its director until its closure as such in 1988.
